1. Diploma in civil engineering (Male candidates only).2. Knowledge on the sale of admixtures in RMC plants.3. Able to perform test trails for Concrete with CBS Admixtures such as slump test, workability etc.,4. Strong technical knowledge on the various admixture products.5. Experience in the field of sales or quality in the any admixture/RMC related profiles.6. Strong verbal & written English communication7. Good communication and analytical skills8. Develop and maintain a business relationship with all assigned customers of our company.9. Should be able to build relationships with customers, responds timely and accurately to quotation requests, processes customer orders.10. Ability to schedule and perform follow-ups on payments.11. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with team members.12. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and discuss credit terms.

1. Should have B.Com or any other equivalent degree.2. Computer literate (MS excel, MS word & internet).3. Maintain & update records of various accounting & financial data.4. Accuracy with numbers is essential.5. Provide administrative and accounting support.6. Process payments, receipts & banking records.7. Employee relations & management.8. Planning & administration.9. Maintaining data on absences, performance reports, and compensation and benefits information.10. A very good command on English & communication skills.11. Work experience in accounts & HR will be added advantage.
