Responsibilities:1. WRITE! Develop content and copy for website pages, blog posts, reports, emailers, newsletters, case stories, and social media2. Support in carrying out social media content calendar maintained by Comms 3. Support Digital Marketing by maintaining the website and developing content with SEO writing, meta descriptions, adverts, campaigns, curating photographs etc. Create compelling headlines and body copy to capture the target audiences attention.4. Research writing as and when required, fact-checking and proofreading of content/blogs/videos/presentations5. Identifying needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the current content.Requirements: 0-2 years of experience as a copywriter, content developer, marketer Creative and diverse writing portfolio with samples of articles and content copy suitable for social media Exceptional writing and storytelling skills and careful attention to detail Willingness to learn, change, and adapt

Assist vision technician for patient registration , refraction and referrals Responsible for day to day implementation of outreach activities as per the plan. Outreach progress though field visits and other activities being undertaken. Network and lobby with various frontline government functionaries such as teachers , PRIs, asha and anganvadi workers Assisting in spectacle dispensing Undertaking the trainings of grass root functionaries, community volunteers. Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual and other reports. Documentation of all the records and reports of the Vision Center to be maintained. Conduct field level monthly meeting. Working closed with the block level, district level, (PHC/CHC) officials for effective coordination. Analyzing quality aspect of the programme periodically and accordingly
