The role requires a deep understanding of recruiting and human.Responsibilities: Create and update job description. Source potential candidates from various channels (e.g.Social media and professional platform like LinkedIn.) Screen incoming resume and job application. Interview candidates(via phone, video and in person) Advertise job openings on the companys careers page, social media and internally. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensations and benefits. Forming and Maintaining employee records-updating database internally. Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e employment contracts and recruitment guides. Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.Candidate Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in BMS (HR), MBA or related field. Ability to thrive in fast paced environment. Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws. Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS) is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
