Here are job responsibilities for both roles:Customer Care Manager:Overseeing the customer service department and ensuring the team meets company service standards.Developing and implementing customer care policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience.Handling customer complaints, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction.Monitoring customer feedback and making necessary improvements to products or services.Training and supervising customer service representatives, providing ongoing coaching and support.Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.Sales Reception:Greeting and welcoming customers as they arrive, creating a positive first impression.Answering incoming phone calls, emails, or messages and directing inquiries to the appropriate sales personnel.Assisting customers with basic information about products, services, and promotions.Scheduling appointments and managing the sales team's calendar for client meetings.Maintaining a clean and organized reception area, displaying marketing materials and promotional items.Processing sales documentation and ensuring accurate records for customer transactions.
