We are looking for a Telecaller who can handle customer calls and generate leads for services. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining financial products, and maintaining follow-ups with interested clients.

As a Telecalling Executive, you will play a vital role in reaching out to potential customers and promoting our products and services. Your primary focus will be to generate leads and provide essential information to clients.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Customer Outreach:** Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services, creating interest and generating leads.- **Information Gathering:** Actively listen and collect relevant information from prospects to understand their needs, ensuring effective communication.- **Follow-up Calls:** Conduct follow-up calls with interested leads to encourage engagement and provide additional details to close sales.- **Maintain Records:** Keep accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and feedback in our database to track progress and sales metrics.- **Report Generation:** Prepare daily and weekly reports summarizing call activities, insights, and outcomes to assist in strategy planning.**Required Skills and Expectations:**We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, both spoken and written, to effectively convey information. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. You should be comfortable speaking with people over the phone and possess good listening skills to understand customer needs.Basic computer knowledge is expected, as you will be using software for call logging and data entry.
