1. Liaising with the affiliated bank2. Collecting various documents from bank as per the needs.3. Visiting procured site/properties to keep the check and do the necessary arrangements.4. Coordinating with the existing bank for more business.5. Getting pending bills cleared from the clients.6. Legal paperwork coordination between the bank, court & company.Mandatory - Two wheelerLegal/Law background will be a plus.

1. Preparing new NPA account data in physical files & update the same on the system.2. Prepare court files with required documents like loan agreement, guarantee agreement, memorandum of deposit of title deeds, sale deed, statement of account, NBA certificate, 13(4), publication copy, 32 notice with postal receipts, reply or objection(if any) and POA of authorise officer.3. Drafting court application.4. Coordination with relationship executive for various paperwork and liaising.5. Report preparation for the client (bank) as per their need and sharing the same on regular intervals.6. Prepare notices and mail to branch (bank) like symbolic possession notice, court application, physical possession notice, SHO, SSP and Tehsildar letter, intimation notice.7. Prepare reports like symbolic & physical possessions.
