Ensuring that the user systems are working fine. Creating technical reports and manuals. Keep up with current breakthroughs in computing technology and research its reviews. We are looking for a Desktop Solution Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a willingness to learn. This is a full-time position based in Ekkaduthangal and is open to fresh graduates.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Technical Support:** Provide support for desktop software and hardware issues. You will help troubleshoot problems and ensure that all devices are functioning correctly.- **Installation and Setup:** Assist in the installation and configuration of desktop computers and peripherals. You will set up new machines for users and ensure they are ready for use.- **User Training:** Offer basic training to users on how to use new systems and software. This helps ensure that everyone is comfortable and productive with their technology.- **Maintenance:** Regularly check and maintain desktop equipment. You will perform routine maintenance tasks to keep systems running smoothly.- **Documentation:** Keep records of support activities and solutions provided. Documenting your work helps build a knowledge base for future reference.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- A diploma or degree from I.T.I. is required.
