As a BPO Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to promote products or services, answer incoming calls, and provide information or resolve inquiries. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to handle customer queries efficiently, and have a good understanding of the products or services offered. Additionally, you should be able to work well in a team environment, be comfortable with target-based work, and have basic computer skills to update customer information accurately. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role, and previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus. You should also be patient, have a positive attitude, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position based in Pandeypur, Varanasi, where you will be required to work from the office.
