Job Description1. Customer-Centric Salesperson and should provide tailor made service as per patients requirement and health condition.2. Meeting doctors at different hospitals/Clinics to sell Care First Services.3. Meeting Corporate HR and Admin to do tie-up for Medical room services and providing home care services to their employees.4. Ensure 100% target achievement within given timelines.5. Create and maintain brand image and build a strong customer base.6. Should be the face of the company and resolve customers issues and take feedback regularly for better service quality.7. Provide Innovative ideas and initiatives to improve the overall business and customer experience.8. Generate leads through regular interactions with Key Stakeholders within hospitals & clinics.9. Should have a good bonding with Support other teams to ensure smooth execution of leads.10. Should have an understanding of P/L, Net Margins, and Gross Margins11. Should have sound judgment capability and ensure balance between Patients expectations and Company Profitability.12. Should be a keen learner with maturity to learn from all persons and situations.13.
