DESCRIPTION:As a Sr. backend engineer, you will help with the design, implementation, and launch of many key product features. You will get an opportunity to work on a wide range of technologies (including Node.js, MongoDB, WebSockets, WebRTC, etc) and apply new technologies for solving customer problems. You will have an influence on defining product features, drive operational excellence, and spearhead the best practices that enable a quality product. You willget to work with highly skilled and motivated engineers who are already contributing to building high-scale and high-available systems. ROLE:As an engineer you will responsible for:? Ownership of product/feature end-to-end for all phases from the development to the production.? Ensuring the developed features are scalable and highly available with no quality concerns.? Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments.? Assist directly and indirectly in the continual hiring and development of technical talent.? Create and execute appropriate quality plans, project plans, test strategies and processes for development activities in concert with business and project management efforts.SKILL & QUALIFICATION:A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.? 3+ years of Software Development experience.? 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.? Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms and CS fundamentals.? Strong coding and problem solving skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATION:? Experience in Node.js, Express and related technologies.? Experience in MongoDb or related NoSql databases and relational databases.? Excellent verbal and written communication skills? Experience working on Agile processes ().? Experience in distributed computing, service oriented architecture or microservice architecture, REST, etc.? Experience with Queues

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic part-time/full-time coders to join us and share their love of coding with kids. This position involves you to teach coding to kids in ages 6 -18 on our online live teaching platform. Teach remotely, from the comfort of your home, and at times that work best for your schedule.Role : Teach block-based courses (Scratch/App Development) OR JavaScript-based courses (AI/VR/Web Development) to kids in ages 6-18 via LIVE online classes Lead a group of students (either 1-on-1 or in small groups) in the online classroom using our online platform and teach the curriculum provided by Camp K-12Work Timings: Flexible. Teach remotely, from the comfort of your home, and at times that work best for your schedule. You can choose to teach between IST 3 pm to IST 9 pm on weekdays and IST 10 am to IST 9 pm on weekends for a minimum of 4hours everyday. Willing to commit 30hours or 42hours per week.Skills and Qualifications: Basic familiarity with coding languages (Java, JavaScript, Python) Background or experience in teaching within elementary, middle or high school classrooms is preferred Bachelors degree / Final year students are eligible to applyCompensation:: 25000 to 35000 per month
