We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Tamil Voice Process Tele Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves interacting with customers over calls, explaining products/services in Tamil, and closing sales effectively.Roles & Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services in TamilUnderstand customer needs and provide suitable solutionsAchieve daily and monthly sales targetsMaintain accurate call and customer recordsFollow up with interested customers to close salesHandle customer queries professionally and politelyRequirements:Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage)Basic knowledge of sales or telecallingAbility to convince and negotiate with customersFreshers or experienced candidates can applyWillingness to work in a target-based environmentPreferred Skills:Customer handling skillsSales orientationPositive attitude and willingness to learnExperience: Freshers / Experienced

Should have a good acumen for Sales. Good communication skills. Should be mobile to travel within city limits. Should know the geographic spread of the location. Good in Customer Handling. Ensure that a maximum number of appointments should be made for a month. Ensure quality of appointments provided to the sales. Maximum number of Sales through the appointments made. Support enquiries through website chat channel. Call and follow up the enquiries through the phone. Guide and coach participants with dedicated customer success processes. Maintain high levels of participant engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty. Identify common client challenges and actively counsel higher solutions.Requirements.
