We are looking for a Mechanical Trainer to join our team in Coimbatore. This position is suitable for candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience, and applicants should hold a Masters Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or M.Tech in a relevant field. The role requires working full-time from the office.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Conduct Training Sessions:** Facilitate hands-on and theoretical training sessions to enhance the mechanical skills of participants.- **Develop Training Materials:** Create and update training manuals, presentations, and other resources to ensure effective learning experiences.- **Assess Learner Performance:** Evaluate participants' understanding through tests and practical assessments, providing feedback for improvement.- **Stay Updated with Industry Trends:** Continuously research advancements in mechanical engineering to integrate current practices into training programs.- **Collaborate with Teams:** Work with engineering teams to ensure training aligns with ongoing projects and industry requirements.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should possess strong knowledge in mechanical engineering concepts and principles. They should have excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and engage with learners.
