We are looking for an experienced Architectural Draftsman to join our team in Angul, India. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience and a diploma in architectural drafting or a related field. This is a full-time position that requires working from the office.Key Responsibilities:1. **Drafting Architectural Plans**: Create detailed architectural drawings and plans based on sketches and specifications provided by architects. This includes using CAD software to ensure precision and adherence to building codes.2. **Collaboration with Architects**: Work closely with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and implement their feedback into the drafting process, ensuring alignment with design intentions.3. **Preparing Technical Documents**: Generate and maintain technical documents, including construction drawings, project specifications, approval and detailing schedules that are crucial for the construction phase.4. **Conducting Site Visits**: Occasionally visit construction sites to gather information, confirm measurements, and ensure that the work aligns with the designs, addressing any discrepancies timely.5. **Updating Drawings**: Revise and update drawings and plans as required by project changes, ensuring all documentation reflects the most current design details.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess strong knowledge of architectural design principles, proficiency in CAD software, Rendering and a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and collaboration.
