Job Title: Phlebotomist (Backup)Location:Pune, MaharashtraAreas: Moshi Bhosari (PCMC), Pimpri Chinchwad (PCMC), Mhalunge, Bavdhan to MohammadwadiCompany: MetropolicePosition Type: Full-timeWorking Hours: 9 hours per daySalary: 14,000 per monthBenefits: PF and ESIC providedJob Responsibilities:Perform venipunctures to collect blood samples from patients as required for medical testing.Ensure proper identification, labeling, and handling of blood samples.Maintain accurate records of patient information and sample collection details.Follow safety procedures and infection control practices to ensure patient and staff safety.Prepare and maintain the necessary equipment for blood collection.Assist in administrative duties, such as updating patient records and scheduling appointments as needed.Requirements:Must have prior experience in blood sample collection.Familiarity with blood collection techniques and medical equipment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in labeling and documentation.Good communication skills to interact with patients professionally.Ability to handle stressful situations and provide excellent patient care.Preferred Qualifications:Certification or diploma in phlebotomy or relevant field.Experience working in a medical laboratory or clinic.Knowledge of medical terms and diagnostic procedures.Regards,Nakul SoodHR Employee Care SpecialistCredent Connect N Care Pvt.
