BYJUS is hiring for Sales (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE)CTC (BDA - post qualification after training): INR 4,75,000 (3.75 lakh fixed pay 1 lakh performance pay) *T&C (Package differs from city to city)Job DescriptionOn-the-Job Training (OJT)Candidates will be expected to generate revenue by implementing the theoretical knowledge acquired during the first phase into practice during the final 2 weeks of the OJT phase.STIPEND (ATP): INR 7000 to 8000 (stipend) fixed pay for the complete training program (2 weeks) Please note, The compensation would be adjusted on a pro-rata basis based on the number of days you are active in the training program. Upon successful completion of the training programme After completing training, candidates will be promoted to the position of Business Development Associates (BDA) for Direct Sales (4.75 LPA)

Upon successful completion of the training programme you will move with 3 months probation period where the pay is 19,000/-(inc. taxes).
