As our Customer Relationship Executive, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and improving our online presence by monitoring and responding to customer feedback on Google and other review sites.You'll have the opportunity to work alongside a talented and dedicated team, collaborating to deliver personalized solutions and exceed our customers' expectations.In this role, you'll be responsible for:Building and maintaining strong relationships with customersDeveloping and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growthMonitoring and responding to customer feedback on Google and other review sites to improve our online presenceCollaborating with other departments to identify and address customer concernsContinually improving your skills and knowledge to enhance customer relationships and exceed expectationsWe're looking for someone who:Has a proven track record in sales and customer servicePossesses excellent communication and interpersonal skillsTakes a creative and proactive approach to problem-solvingHas the ability to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of social media marketing and online presence management would be an advantage.
