Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriateRequirements?BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field?Proven working experience in digital marketing?Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns?Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate?Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels?Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments?Solid knowledge of website analytics tools ?Working knowledge of ad serving tools ?Experience in setting up and optimizing Google

We are looking for an SEO/SEM expert to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities.You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns. The Candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.Responsibilities1.Implement White Hat, ethical, healthy techniques within all strategies2.Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals3.Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization4.Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities5.Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success6.Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings7.Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns8.Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns9.Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies.10.Research and analyze competitor advertising links11.Develop and implement link building strategy12.Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code13.Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming14.Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.15.Regularly Measure and report performance of all Search Engine Optimization efforts, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)16.Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend
