We are looking for a Crew Member to join our team in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. As a Crew Member, your primary responsibility will be to assist in daily operations, such as preparing food, serving customers, and maintaining cleanliness in the workspace.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare food: Assist in food preparation, including cutting vegetables, cooking ingredients, and assembling dishes according to recipes.- Serve customers: Take orders, serve food, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant dining experience.- Maintain cleanliness: Keep workstations clean, wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and follow proper hygiene protocols to uphold high food safety standards.Required Skills and Expectations:- Education: Minimum 10th pass with basic reading and writing skills.- Communication: Good verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.- Team player: Ability to work well in a team, follow instructions, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.- Physical stamina: Capable of standing for long hours, lifting heavy objects, and working in a fast-paced environment.
