We are looking for a dedicated Project Executive to join our team in Lucknow. In this role, you will play an important part in managing projects and ensuring they run smoothly.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Project Coordination:** You will assist in planning and organizing project activities, making sure deadlines are met and resources are used efficiently.- **Communication:** Engage with team members and clients, maintaining clear and timely communication to update them on project status and resolve any issues.- **Documentation:** Keep accurate records of project progress, minutes of meetings, and logistical details, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and shared with relevant stakeholders.- **Reporting:** Generate regular reports outlining project performance, risks, and any challenges faced, helping management make informed decisions.- **Problem-Solving:** Identify any potential project issues early and work proactively to find solutions, collaborating with the team when necessary.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have between 2 to 8 years of relevant experience. A minimum education level of 12th pass is required. We expect strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for interacting with clients and team members. Candidates should be detail-oriented, showcasing strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in basic computer applications and project management tools is preferred. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in an office setting are crucial for success in this role.
