Required Female office assistant, with pleasant personality, who can provide administrative support, clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail & bookkeeping.Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct. Computer proficient. Good command in english, should be able to handle correspondence independently.

Prepare bank deposits
Working with sales, purchase ledgers and spreadsheets
Making quotations
Knowledhe of Micrsoft Excel, Word and Power point
