He/She should be - Strong understanding of market and distribution network.- Meeting target as per deadlines.- Ensure product availability at all relevant channels.- Implement all activations (trade/consumer) and merchandising (visibility) programs.- Overall accountable for all operational programs in the assigned area.- Develop strong business relationship with distributors, trade and key accounts in the assigned area. - Regular calls on accounts and cover daily routes by creating an efficient route pattern.- Equipped with MS office skills.- Open to travel within state.
