As a PLC Programmer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining PLC programs to automate various processes and systems. Your technical expertise in Electronics/Electrical engineering and programming will be crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of control systems. Key responsibilities include: PLC Programming: Develop and write PLC programs using automation software for systems such as Siemens and Mitsubishi. System Integration: Integrate PLC programs with other control systems and equipment to ensure seamless operation. Testing and Commissioning: Perform testing and commissioning of PLC systems to ensure they meet performance and safety standards. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve issues related to PLC programming and control systems, and perform regular maintenance to prevent downtime. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers and team members, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to paneling, wiring, and control systems. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, user guides, and project reports. Project Management: Manage PLC programming projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Training and Development: Provide training to team members and clients on the operation and maintenance of PLC systems. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in PLC programming and control systems, and implement improvements to enhance system performance.
