Position SummaryThis position is responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic, and on-strategy creative for social media graphics, banner ads, and email templates. This is a Senior Level Event Developer / producer /Graphic Designer role, who will be responsible for leading a event production team- graphic designers, development team. The Event Developer/ Designer will work closely with the Executive Vice President /director and the top team of board and executing and digital developments and marketing team.Job Duties- Produce the design and production of exhibition websites, corporate websites , Social media both for our clients/ participants/exhibitors. - Create web logos, banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, and email templates, Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, and websites with software such as Photoshop.- While projects may require directing external resources, the role is expected to be hands-on.- Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online Marketing strategies into effective designs, templates, banners.- Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.- Communicating with clients about layout and design.- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.- Work closely with the digital marketing team and internal and external concept developers to ensure proper workflow.- Work with team of assistants (developers) to ensure proper implementation within a web environment and ensure consistency and integrity of the creative vision.- Work with the Digital Marketing team to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs.- Provide design support to other business lines to create product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics, content and concept
