Job Title: BMS/IBMS Engineers & Technicians (CCTV, FA, PA,Systems)We are seeking skilled and experienced BMS/IBMS Engineers and Technicians with a strong knowledge of building automation and integration systems, including CCTV, Fire Alarm (FA), Public Address (PA), and other systems.1. BMS/IBMS Engineer (2 Positions)Key Responsibilities:Integrate and manage various systems such as CCTV, Fire Alarm (FA), Public Address (PA), HVAC, access control and more within the BMS/IBMS framework.Installation, configuration and Services for seamless integration.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with BMS/IBMS, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operations.Monitor system performance, generate reports, and perform routine diagnostics.Provide technical support for system commissioning, installation, and maintenance.Train clients on system operation, troubleshooting, and optimization.Required Skills and Qualifications:ITI/Diploma/BE in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field.Minimum 2-3 years of experience with BMS/IBMS integration and system management.Strong knowledge of various building systems including CCTV, Fire Alarm (FA), Public Address (PA), and other related systems.Experience in integration of security, fire safety, and communication systems.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.2. BMS/IBMS Technician (3 Positions)Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve issues with FA, PA ,CCTV ACS and ...related other systems/IBMS, ensuring minimal downtime and efficientoperations.
