1. Managing and supervising of all crew Members (Drivers, Asst. engineer, Operators & Technicians), Preparing daily, weekly & Monthly Schedules including executions. 2. Meeting with Different Stakeholders on regular intervals for their requirements & discussing of any Minor/Major issues to prevent breakdowns.3. Preparing & Arrangements of Statutory documents, Submission of measurement sheet, invoices and etc.4. Preparing estimates for time and material cost, completing quality assurance, observing health and safety standards. 5. Preparing DSR, WSR & MSR and reporting to respective stakeholders & our organization

1. Perform skilled mechanical maintenance duties in the inspection, repair, installation and alteration of air conditioning and refrigeration systems and related equipment and facilities; perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment falls under Breezecool ARC.2. Repair or replace defective parts in unit and equipment and their controls, including thermostats, automatic switches, fan controls, log switches, damper motors, louvers, relays, filter, control, belt, compressors, high limit controls, pressure controls, and safety valves.3. Operate a variety of hand and power tools, welder torch, vacuum pump, test equipment utilized in the trade, Maintain equipment in effective and safe working condition, maintain parts and tools inventory.4. Perform skill electric maintenance work in the repair, installation and alteration of HVAC equipment, components, timers, motors and wiring system as needed to connect motors to control panel.5. Install and calibrate system, install copper tubing and repair pipes and tubing as necessary, test joints, insulate pipes of refrigeration and AC system. 6. Maintain related record concerning time, labour and materials, maintain log of tasks performed and write reports as required.7. Perform other duties as assigned by Site Engineer/ Asst. site Engineer.8. Responsibilities of Maintains HVAC system under falls to M/s Breezecool service contract and reporting to respective EICs on daily basis during your presence at Site.9. Maintain & record all Checklist (DSR) provided by Breezecool service/OPaL Management up to date.
