The selected candidate will distribute bidis to retail shops, collect and deliver orders, and expand our retail network by identifying new shops and areas for distribution.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Visit retail shops regularly to collect orders and deliver bidis.Maintain good relationships with existing retailers to ensure regular sales.Identify and onboard new retail shops in the assigned area.Expand business coverage by exploring new areas for distribution.Ensure timely delivery of products and accurate order fulfilment.Collect payments where required and maintain proper records.Track daily sales, deliveries, and collections as per company formats.Report market feedback, customer needs, and competitor activity.Resolve shopkeeper queries and ensure high service standards.Eligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: 12th PassOnly Male candidates are eligible to applyMust own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license or a CycleExperience in field sales or distribution preferred (FMCG/Tobacco industry is an advantage)Good knowledge of the local area and retail networkStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and achieve sales targetsBenefits:Attractive incentive structureProvident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI)Career growth opportunities within the companySupportive and team-oriented work environment
