Role OverviewAs a Relationship Manager, you will be the key liaison between Brad Realty and its clients. Youwill foster long-term relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure clientsreceive outstanding service throughout their property journey.Key Responsibilities Build long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their property needs andpreferences. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effectivecommunication. Provide expert advice on real estate properties, market trends, and investmentopportunities. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and legal) to ensure seamless servicedelivery. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell real estate solutions. Conduct site visits with clients to showcase properties and provide in-depth explanationsof features, benefits, and suitability for their needs. Gather and analyze client feedback to enhance customer experience and services. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to client retention and new business. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a relatedfield. Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar rolein real estate or related industries. Strong understanding of real estate markets and practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse client profiles. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Goal-oriented
