Job descriptionE-COMMERCE CONSULTANT/EXECUTIVEFull-time job opportunity in Gurgaon, Haryana with one of the fastest-growing Kids online Apparel Brand.Looking for an enthusiastic team member to be part of a very energetic entrepreneurial team, dedicated to growing eCommerce and retail initiatives.You will be responsible forAssisting sales initiatives through various channels including but not limited to online marketplaces, retail partners, and B2B.Product Catalogue management including coordinating photo shoots, managing inventory, preparing new products cataloguesProduct Listing on E-commerce marketplaces like amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etcCoordinating with account managers of various marketplaces for event discounts, promotions, etcCoordinating with warehouse and supply chain departments to ensure timely delivery of ordersPreparing various business reports and dashboards in excelHandling customers and clients escalations and replying to emailsWorking knowledge of Photoshop (able to edit photos, merge photos, etc) is a plusKnowledge of running marketing campaigns on amazon, managing AMS, etc is a plusWell-versed in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Proficient in English (both written and verbal)Result-oriented, Good time management skills, and Interpersonal skills6 months -2 yrs. of experience in the relevant industry for BBA, B.com, and BA graduates. Fresh MBA graduates with good communication skills and good knowledge of Microsoft office can also apply.Open to working from the office.
