We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled software instructor to join our bangalore team to teach technical programming languages in a hybrid model. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HTML, PHP, Python, CSS, SQL, and related technologies, with a passion for teaching and engaging students in the learning process.Responsibilities:Develop and deliver engaging software development lessons to students of varying levels of technical proficiency in a hybrid model.Create and maintain a positive learning environment that fosters collaboration, creativity, and active participation among students.Develop course materials, including lesson plans, activities, assignments, and assessments that align with program goals and objectives.Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them achieve their learning goals and improve their technical skills.Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and incorporate them into course materials and instruction.Collaborate with other instructors, program coordinators, and stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of the program and the student learning experience.Participate in program assessment and evaluation activities, including collecting and analyzing data, and reporting on student outcomes.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.At least 2 years of experience in software development, with a strong knowledge of HTML, PHP, Python, CSS, SQL, and related technologies.Demonstrated experience in teaching or training, with a passion for engaging and inspiring students to learn.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.Experience with hybrid or online instruction, including the use of learning management systems and online collaboration tools.
