Key Responsibilities:Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, offering personalized travel solutions.Trip Planning: Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities that align with clients' budgets and interests.Booking Arrangements: Handle all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.Market Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to clients.Sales: Meet sales targets by promoting and upselling travel packages, insurance, and additional services.Documentation: Prepare and send travel itineraries, confirmations, and other necessary documents to clients.Qualification: Minimum1 year experience in travel consulting or a related field is preferred.Strong knowledge of travel destinations, booking systems, and travel regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in relevant software and booking platforms.
