Job Summary :We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to contribute in generating sales and solving the queries of customers for our company.He/she must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. One point of contact for customer including product queries, grievances and servicesRoles & Responsibilities :Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about product or service.Solve queries regarding product and companyGenerate and maintain customer information in the databaseUnderstand customer requirement and close the query promptly.Keep record of calls and sales.Key Requirement :3 5 years of experience as telesales/ customer support representative or customer servicePreferred Industry Finance / Financial ServicesGood knowledge of relevant computer programsAbility to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospectOutstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issuesExcellent communication skills.Preferred language proficiency English & Hindi
