We are looking to hire an experienced Costing and Estimation Engineer to determine costs of various electrical installations. You should also be able to identify ways to continuously improve cost-estimating procedures to reduce inconsistencies between estimated and actual project costs. Carefully review Purchase Order/ Tender / RFP document to understand specific requirements of the project , Performing Estimation & Costing of LT Panels, Tap-Off Boxes, APFC Panels, AMF Panels, Meter Boards Indoor / Outdoor Type Panels Calculation of bill of material (BOM) & estimation & costing of electrical panelsStudy the PID (Process & Instrumentation Diagram) prepared by Process/ Project team and recommend improvement Costing of all types of LT Panels such as MCC PCC AMF APFC etc. Studying BOQs and Single Line Diagrams Studying Technical Specifications of various Switch gears and Bus bars Estimating the cost of bus bar required in the panel Prepare bill of material as per client requirements Technical Specifications of various Switch gears and Bus bars Design of Electrical panel like PCC,MCC,APFC,PDB and control panel based on CPRI & IEC 61439 & other local / international standards for LT panel design. Coordination with the client regarding queries Prepare Panel GA & BOQ & get approval of panel GA from client/ consultant as & when required. Prepare wiring drawing & get approval of from client/ consultant as & when required Follow up with purchase & suppliers for timely delivery for allotted project Prepare final as built wiring drawings for Panels ready to dispatch. Should have Proficiency AUTOCAD Electric Proficiency in EPLAN is an added advantage
