We are seeking a certified fitness instructor to join our team. As a fitness instructor, you will be responsible for conducting fitness sessions tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fitness, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong commitment to helping others achieve their fitness goals.Responsibilities:- Conduct fitness classes and consultations to understand clients' goals and fitness levels.- Implement personalised workout programs based on individual needs and preferences.- Lead group fitness classes, including strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises.- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and encouragement to clients throughout their fitness journey.- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure clients perform exercises safely and effectively.- Monitor clients' progress and adjust workout plans accordingly to ensure continuous improvement.- Maintain a clean and organised workout environment, including equipment maintenance and sanitisation.
