Our team of 30+ engineers and designers has completed over 250 large and small projects across India.We specialize in providing Structural Design Consultancy for complex multi-story buildings such as:Hotels (e.g., Crowne Plaza, Radisson, Holiday Inn) Malls and Commercial Complexes (e.g., Vegas Mall, Unity One Mall, City Centre Rohini) High-rise Housing Societies (e.g., Amaryllis Housing) Large infrastructure projects, including Bridges, ROBs, and Railway structures.We utilize advanced technologies like Pre-Stressed Slabs in our designs.The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Civil Draftsman/Draftswoman to join our design team in Rohini Sector-3. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating complex structural engineering designs into detailed, accurate working drawings for construction purposes.Key ResponsibilitiesStructural Drafting: Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection plans for various structural elements (RCC, Steel, PSC) based on the input from the Design Engineers.Project Focus: Primarily focus on drafting for multi-storey residential and commercial buildings, including foundations, beams, columns, and slabs.Infrastructure Drafting: Assist in drafting designs for large infrastructure projects such as bridges (PSC girders, steel superstructures) and railway underpasses/overbridges (RUBs/ROBs).Accuracy: Ensure all drawings adhere strictly to relevant Indian Standards (IS Codes) and meet project specifications.Coordination: Collaborate closely with the structural engineering team to finalize drawings and resolve any drafting issues.Documentation: Maintain an organized system for all design and revision drawings.Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Draftsman/Draughtsman (D/Man).Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Structural Drafting (experience with a consulting engineer firm is a plus).Proficiency is mandatory in AutoCAD.Strong understanding of civil/structural engineering drawings and detailing principles.Experience with drafting for high-rise buildings and infrastructure projects will be highly valued.
