Trainees will be given adequate exposure to areas inter alia listed companies compliance, secretarial audit, annual filing, Foreign direct investment (FDI) reporting, appearance before ROC RD, RBI and routine secretarial assignments which will help them to prosper in their future professional in devour. Stipend should not be constraint for the suitable candidates.
