Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff memberEnsure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate cultureDeliver compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team each month and make recommendations to improve the companys current offeringsCome up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfactionAct as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations

Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each projectDelegate project tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths, skill sets and experience levelsTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goalsMeet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysisDevelop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff membersUse and continually develop leadership skills

10-key (Numpad) speed of at least 8,000 KPH with minimal errorsAbility to maintain confidentiality with regard to financial mattersExcellent bookkeeping and organizational skillsComfortable with accepting and applying constructive criticism
