Roles and Responsibilities ?Responsible for daily production plan vs. achievement, losses analysis and action, planning all model, quality issue, hourly UPH monitoring and action, rework clear activities, lot closing, safety, 5s, overall assembly line KPIS etc.?Arranging materials as per plan and make sure that line should run smoothly without any delay.?New manpower deployment, training and multiskilling at critical stages.?Preparation of weekly production report, scrap report and PPM report.?Control daily/weekly/monthly mobilization plan, adjust quantizes and manage workers?All production reports preparation;-daily PQ report & idle time report and monthly compilation and analysis report.?Tracking of daily production plan as per sequence?Responsible for productivity improvement ,process establishment and obtaining daily target in given time limit?Meet the Production Target on day-to-day basis and analyze and execution of Production difficulties through proper channel?Responsible for all the 5S related activities of the Machinery & Associated areas.Desired Candidate Profile?Should have atleast 4+ years of experience in production department.?Should have managed team of 30+ manpower on production line.?Experience in working Deep freezer & Visicooler line will be added advantage.Current CTC:Expected CTC:Notice Period:Ready to relocate to Wada location?Reason for job change: Role- Production EngineerIndustry Type- Electronics ManufacturingDepartment- Production, Manufacturing & EngineeringEmployment TypeRole Category- EngineeringEducationUG :B.Tech/B.E. - Mechanical, Electrical
