We are looking for a dedicated Picker & Packer to join our team in Varanasi. In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring that products are picked, packed, and prepared for shipping. This position is full-time and requires you to work from our office.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Picking Orders:** Retrieve products from the warehouse based on customer orders, ensuring accurate selection according to provided lists.- **Packing Products:** Carefully package selected items to prevent damage during shipping, using the appropriate packing materials and methods.- **Labeling Packages:** Affix shipping labels accurately to parcels, ensuring that all information is clear and readable for delivery.- **Quality Check:** Inspect items before packing to ensure they meet quality standards, reporting any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.- **Inventory Management:** Assist in maintaining a neat and orderly warehouse, including restocking items and keeping track of inventory levels.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Candidates should have completed their 12th grade. A basic understanding of warehousing processes will be an advantage.- Attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy in picking and packing orders.- Strong organizational skills are required to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.- The ability to work well independently and as part of a team is important, along with good communication skills.- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are expected, especially from candidates with little to no experience.
