We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Picker to join our team in Pune. This entry-level position is suitable for freshers who have completed their 10th grade education. The Picker will be responsible for selecting and preparing items for orders in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:1. **Order Picking**: Accurately pick items from designated storage areas based on order lists, ensuring that the right products are selected.2. **Quality Check**: Inspect the picked items for quality and correctness, ensuring that they meet our standards before packaging.3. **Sorting and Packing**: Organize picked items for shipment and pack them securely to avoid damage during transport.4. **Inventory Management**: Assist in maintaining inventory records by updating stock counts and reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.5. **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while performing tasks to ensure a safe workplace for all employees.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must have a strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
