-Address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.-Interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email, and social media.-Ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.

Build app and UI components from prototypes and wireframes.Work with native modules as and when required. Use Native APIs for tight integrations with both platforms Android and iOS. Write automated tests to ensure error-free code and performance.

Develop and implement new software programs. Must know about Jquery, MVC, Dot-net, Csharp, and SQL Server. Client-side technologies such as CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. Write and maintain technical documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections.

Responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts from clients and customers.Inform customers of their overdue bills and attempt to collect payment to mitigate company losses.Resolve overdue bills and collect payments from the individuals or businesses responsible for the debt.
