job TitlePersonal Assistant (PA)CategoryManagement > Secretary > Personal Assistant (PA)Job Description1 The Employee agrees to devote his full time and attention to provide services and perform such otherduties as required by the Company.5.2 The Employee, shall at all times, be subject to and bound by the policies, rules and regulations of theCompany as may be in force from time to time or as may be brought to his notice by the Company.5.3 The Employee shall not commit any act or misconduct, or commit any acts subversive to the discipline ofthe Company, or otherwise misbehave in a manner that would be construed as being in violation of therules of the Company for the time being in force.5.4 The Employee agrees that during the term of his employment, he shall work exclusively for the Companyand will not perform or undertake to perform any work for any other Person without the specific priorwritten permission of the Company for each such instance of work.5.5 The Employee shall be responsible for (not limited to) :5.5.1 Communicate (both verbal and written) all matters related to the investors to bridge the gapbetween the management and the investors, especially related to strategy, business plan, budget,annual results, etc.5.5.2 Maintain a proper Investor Relations (IR) plan and upgrade as per requirement.5.5.3 Comprehensive and competitive analysis of different financial models/financial5.5.4 Monitor performance and result-oriented metrics daily/weekly/monthly/ quarterly.5.5.5 Detect the ongoing operational changes in the organization and track them through ongoingcontacts with management and convey them properly to the investors.5.5.6 Maintain and create press releases, presentations, and other communication documents oforganization, earnings-related events and strategies for brokers, analysts, institutional investor
