Job description Roles and Responsibilities: Ideally, she has to work as profit center head and define the entire marketing strategy/plan including innovative ways to approach the potential clients, generate leads, the Brand building of the company in by way of effective advertisement & promotional activitiesWill be responsible for New Client Acquisition for the company. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise, and existing contacts. Build and maintain a good relationship with existing clients to facilitate repeat business, assist clients in formulating their expectations and contractual requirement in order for the appropriate candidates to be suitably matched with the role. Work together with the internal researchers to match the candidates to the profile and create a shortlist of candidates. Keep track of weekly calls and appointments. Be responsible for maintaining client relationships and meeting client expectations. Process all correspondence & paperwork concerning all the clients. Arrange / Prepare proposals & contracts for clients. Effectively represent the company at various professional forums / Levels. Desired Candidate:. Responsibilities : Develop UI mockups and prototypes for mobile applications/ web applications. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners and software developers. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.Qualification : Bachelors or higher degree At least 3 years of working experience in UX/UI Designer role. Knowledge in design thinking process or UX testing is a plus. Proficient in UX/UI tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Invision, or equivalent tools. Good attitude, Creative, Active, self-motivated and taking initiative

Good Knowledge of developing Android apps with Android SDK, Kotlin, Java.Solid understanding of Android architecture components like Livedata, ViewModel, Databinding etc.Building reusable and adaptable UI components using Google Material design guidelines.Local database management using Sql, RoomDB, RealMeDB for offline support.Writing clean and highly efficient code using Clean architecture and design patterns like MVVM, MVP.Reactive programming using RxJava, RxAndroid, RxKotlinExperience with third party APIs and libraries for Image loading like Glide, Picasso. Networking libraries like retrofit, JSON parsing libraries like gson, moshi etcUnit test code for usability and general reliability, robustness including edge cases.Familiarity with testing frameworks like Junit, Mockito, Espresso.Working knowledge of GIT version control and repository clients like github, gitlab, bitbucket.Knowledge of Continuous Integration/deployment process and tools like Circle CI, GitlabGood understanding of Firebase and other analytical tools.Exposure to project management tools like JIRA.Documenting the application design decisions and core code implementation logic.Providing constructive feedback on existing architecture to improve it.Support for entire application lifecycle ie. concept, design, development, test, release and support.Good debugging skills and tracing the root cause of the issues on production.Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to optimise the application and overall development efficiencies.

Experience in Swift programming and Carthage Knowledge of clean swift architecture Experience with code versioning tools such as Git, SourceTree Knowledge of Firebase such as Analytic, Crashlytics, FCM (Firestore is an added advantage) Experience with unit and automate test Knowledge of working with REST API Experience in modularization is an added advantageEducation & Experience Engineering Degree in Computer Science or related field At least 0.5 years' experience in IOS Experienced in business processes and forms solutions Experience in Banking / Financial Services industry Experienced in requirement management tools
