Purchase Executive Understand Project requirements. Identifying and selecting vendors and suppliers who can provide required materials at competitive prices. Develop strong relationships with suppliers through effective communication to negotiate favorable terms and conditions, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules Co-ordinate with Estimation and Project Execution Team to plan and proceed purchase orders. Keeping detailed records of purchases, including vendor information, purchase orders, and delivery information Analyze procurement data and prepare reports for management to track performance and identify areas for improvement
