Job descriptionJob Summary:Position: Techno Commercial ExecutiveEducation: B.sc / M.sc (Biotechnology / zoology / Microbiology)Responsibilities and Duties:Attending the phone call, analysis of the calls, answering the queries or directing the call to the concerned department.Maintaining record of the posts, couriers and any communication in and out of the office.Preparing Quotations Follow up of Quotation receipts and orders, analysis of daily reports of the sales team, promoting the offers to the customers, Maintaining the business record, Official communications.Strong communication with the customer. Proper and accurate reply to the customers in a stipulated timekeepingProper coordination, strategic discussions, direction to the field people including our principles company people based at Pune.Sending technical mailers to the customer periodically for new products as and when come.
