The primary responsibility of this role is to engage potential clients over the phone, introduce them to our property listings, and schedule appointments for site visits.Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and qualify prospects. Introduce prospective clients to property details, pricing, and features. Schedule appointments for site visits with interested clients. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline. Collaborate with the sales team to support lead conversion efforts.Requirements: Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily/weekly call targets. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in basic computer skills. Knowledge of real estate industry practices and terminology is a plus
