We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team in Naini, Prayagraj. This role involves building strong customer relationships while selling our products. You will need to be proactive, motivated, and ready to travel within the assigned area.Key responsibilities include:1. **Customer Interaction**: Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, provide information about products, and demonstrate how our offerings can meet those needs.2. **Sales Pitching**: Prepare and deliver presentations and sales pitches to showcase our products, highlighting features and benefits that appeal to customers.3. **Lead Generation**: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.4. **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to understand customer requirements and adapt sales strategies accordingly.5. **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback to report to management on a regular basis.Required skills and expectations include:- A minimum of 12th grade education with 0-6 years of experience in sales or customer service preferred.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.- A positive attitude, determination, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.- Basic computer skills to utilize sales tracking tools and prepare reports.- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory for customer meetings and sales activities.
