Responsible for entire supply chain & logisticso Recruitment of and having a proper dispatch & logistics teamo Review open POs and follow up with concerned functions for timely closure - Coordinating with the production team with respect to the orders and ensuring timely and quality dispatcheso Responsible for maintaining healthy relationships across all teams within the planto Responsible for maintaining healthy working relationship with the Transporters and ensure vehicle / vessel availabilityo Having a good networking and understanding with customers o Having good networking with the suppliers / vendors Support the other departments with queries about commercial processes Minimizing wastages and opportunity costs thereby contributing to higher profits and efficiencies o In charge of effective and efficient procurement contributing to savingso Responsible for custody and control of inventory of all finished goods and packing material - In charge of efficient & effective stores, warehousing and logistics - leading to cost savingso Controlling overheads. To track performances on a regular basis and drive attention to key performance indicatoro Responsible for month end closing activity and reporting - Review and track spending and savings, and provide timely reports to the management Responsible for all statutory compliances with respect to the plant (excluding Production & HR) including financial compliances like EPR, ESH, Fire, Safety, GST, Billings, BL, Documentation and all other statues. To facilitate the interactions with the various authorities like Dept of Industries, PCB and other concerned departments, etc Ensuring proper billing, accounting and documentation. Recording and maintaining all important data and information Manage commercial risks and devise strategies to overcome them
