In 1975, to mark the 2500th Anniversary of LORD BHAGWAN MAHAVEER, a group of philanthropic persons from the Jain Community in Bangalore registered a Charitable Institution by the name of BHAGWAN MAHAVEER MEMORIAL JAIN TRUST with the object of helping the poor and the needy. The main object was to provide medical facilities at a very affordable cost. However, no compromise is ever made in the quality of healthcare provided.
