take a round of entire plant and for any abnormality report it to DCS Operator and Shift In-charge .As per instruction of DCS operator do field operation.Maintain good House Keeping in plant with the help of labour.Hand over charge to next Shift field Operator.

Operate RO, DM and Softner as per Instruction from Boiler Operator.Take in process samples as per instruction and send to lab.Note down plant parameter readings in Log Book as per SOP.Maintain good House Keeping in plant with the help of labour.

To operate a Turbine Generator.Maintain and control Turbine parameter as per SOP.Note down Turbine parameter readings in Log Book as per SOP.Maintain good House Keeping in plant with the help of labour.

Job planning , manpower planning.Make Preventive and Predictive Maintenance schedule,Prepare Shutdown maintenance schedule as per planning.Training to subordinates.

Responsibilities: Ensure project planning to completion is right in time as per the plan. Coordination with the site team for Civil and Electrical work with the contractor Ensure projects are completed within the budget. In office to coordinate with Procurement and Design. He should be able to handle Manpower of contractor and equipment on site. Generate and intimate higher up on project update on regular scheduled interval basis with cost details. He should prepare Gant Chart and Control Lead plant improvement projects. Ability to do or understand basic engineering, detailed engineering work for project. Execution of the projects and contractor management, safe and timely execution of the projects within budget. Vendor development for supply of projects item and equipment. Constantly strive to suggest implement new methods techniques to increase overall project efficiency, working within the parameters of available resources. Follow the Emergency preparedness plan in case of emergency. Project Tracking should be maintained and Billing of client (As per project progress) and approvals from client. Trouble shooting and Cash flow Management. Bill approval of Contractor and Supplier. Site GRN & GIN. Cost cutting and liasoning follow up. Project commissioning and handover. Knowledge of Civil, Electrical and Instrumentations are essential.
