1 Report to workplace on time as per shift schedule.2 To take charge from reliever about running maintenance work status.3 To ensure availability of manpower as per shift schedule & co-ordinate with HR team in case of issues.4 To allot the work to team members as per work plan.5 To ensure all team members are wearing respective uniform & personal protective equipments (PPE) e.g. Handgloves , Helmet, safety shoes6 To assist HOD for all department related work.7 To identifying preventive maintenance frequency for frequently occurring breakdown.8 To prepare and update preventive/predictive Maintenance checklists.9 To make a planner or activity schedule after discussing with Manager Mech.10 To check the machine test run trail after PM completion.11 To attend the breakdown of the machines and initiate necessary actions.12 To Identifying frequently occurring breakdowns/ unit wise and prepare report.13 To analyse the root cause of the breakdown.14 To diagnosing malfunction in machinery and equipment based on observation and complain.15 To check & monitor the machine critical parameters for any abnormility for daily basis.16 To check the feedback points of the operators.17 To maintain necessary records and furnish all maintenance related entries in system.18 To evaluate the total cost of preventive maintenance and breakdown.19 To prepare spare list as per the specifications.20 To maintain the spare stock as per the spare list.21 To communicate with purchase for any special requirement. 22 To identify Critical Spare requirements unit wise after discussing with the Incharges.23 To make the PR as required.24 To inspect and varify the received material. 25 To take action of non-moving items26 To monitor equipment performance.27 To work for Installation and commissioning of new machines and project activity as per decided time line.

1 Report to assign work on time as per shift schedule.2 To take charge from reliever about running maintenance work status.3 To do Daily machine preventive checking at starting of the shift.4 To fill the daily check list and report to supervisor of PM findings.5 To attend the work as per instruction of supervisor.6 To check the Fuel Meter reading as alloted by supervisor.7 To attend breakdown of the machines immediately after getting information from Operation.8 To give Feedback to supervisor for reducing the repairing time.9 To execution of preventive maintenance as per plan and check list10 To check, operate and maintain the utilities equipment i.e compressor, cooling tower, Transformer etc.11 To maintain the hand tool for daily uses.12 To maintain related necessary records i.e Log Book & PM Check Records.13 To dismantle, assemble and installation of industrial machinery as per requirement.14 To Maintain & Arrange the spares for PM of the machines allotted by the supervisor.15 To Check the feedback points of the operators.
